For many of us, it feels like our world is becoming more and more uncertain as we cope with the rapid pace of changes around us and the challenges of our times. During Rosh Hashanah, we spoke about the need to build spiritual resilience for such moments in order to stay true to who we want to be and to navigate such times while still finding and creating meaning. Many of our Jewish traditions and teachings offer us the tools to do so. Join Rabbi Ari in exploring ways to strengthen our resolve, our adaptability, our empathy, our ability to let go and our openness to insights and different perspectives, as we hone the tools to find and make meaning even in difficult times. Each month, we will explore another aspect of how we can build spiritual resilience.

The class will be offered at two different times, the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 pm or the first Wednesday of every month at 10:30 am.

Tuesdays, 7:30 – 8:30 pm: 12/1, 1/5, 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4, 6/1

Wednesdays, 10:30 – 11:30 am: 12/2, 1/6, 2/3, 3/3, 4/7, 5/5, 6/2

All are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions from the series as you are able
