J² is going apple picking to celebrate a sweet new year! All J² families are invited to join us on Sunday, September 21 at Stade’s Farm and Market for a fun-filled day of apple picking. We will gather in front of the orchard entrance at 10:00am to take a group photo before heading into the orchard for picking with new and old friends. We will regroup for lunch at the picnic tables at 11:00. You can bring your own lunch or buy food from the Stade’s concession stand. Feel free to stay and play as long as you want!

Many thanks to Stade’s for giving our community a generous 50% discount off the per-person entry fee! The minimum purchase per person is $5 rather than $10.

Quarter peck bag: $10 (approximately 8 apples) – minimum purchase for families of 2 people

Half peck bag: $20 – minimum purchase for families of 3-4 people

Full peck bag: $35 – minimum purchase for families of 5-6 people

Half bushel bag: $50 – minimum purchase for families of 7-8 people

We are so excited for a day at the orchard with you! Please register by September 19 so that Stade’s can prepare for our group.

Note: September 21 is the day before Erev Rosh Hashanah. There will be NO CLASS at Or Shalom that day. This event is in place of our typical Sunday program.
